Hello.....get a slowcooker, cheap to run, easy to use, cooks your food without having to be monitored, if using cheaper cuts of meat it drops off the bone and is mouth wateringly tender and fills your home full of cooking smells.;)

You can freeze any leftovers.

TK Maxx have them cheap in store, I'd recommend a Morphy Richards.:D
