Southern Scouser, your post about Woofer made me cry. What a lucky animal to have had a home with so much care and love. I hope eventually you can give another animal the same wonderful security.Debt September 2020 BIG FAT ZERO!
Now mortgage free, sort of retired, reducing and reusing and putting money away for grandchildren...0 -
I am so sorry SS, but glad he went at home where he felt safexxxxNevertheless she persisted.0

oh ss just read about woofer sorry to hear the news but glad it happened the way it did ....sending you virtual big hugs just cant figure out how to do em0

aww gutting for you all but lovely that he drifted off peacefully at home...taking macey to the vet and having her put down was, without a doubt, the hardest thing I've ever had to do so am happy that he managed to go at home when he was loved and happy rather than at strange, scary vet...big hugs for you...are you going to have him cremated?
Re the cooking have a look at old style - generally very friendly and helpful and they did take you under their wing there for a bit but think you then had your hiatus? why not restart your thread?. Keeping the gb low is one of the biggest challenges and one I still struggle wth...
Re the weezl comments I have to say that I've found what I would consider to be DFW jibes in their direction quite upsetting and genuinely cant understand why people cant seem to acknowledge/celebrate the fact that they have both worked really hard at keeping such a low budget.
I am of course biased because I've got to know both Mr & Mrs weezl in real life and they are really lovely and thanks, to the boards, are now good friends. When I see comments that not only mock them but the thread which I have, without exception, found to be lovely and not at all judgemental, it is really hurtful to those of us who post. Why cant people support each other rather than griping? We're all here for the same reason after all...sorry didnt mean to rant but this isnt the first time weezle gibes have been used and what you fail to consider is that they are real people with real feelings just trying to do ther best...sorry ss...just needed to say it and hope you'll understand...Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1!
