What you need is a nice young miss ss to help you budget..there you are problem solved.:rotfl: :rotfl:Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Hi hun.
It's all good here. Been in over 3 weeks now. Picked the keys up and the place hadn't been cleaned due to a different agent and dispute with old tenants but I've blitzed the place now anyway.
Few minor problems that are sorted now, including a £450 water bill after being in for 1 week! :rotfl:
Just need to start getting back in to tight-@rse mode again as I've not been too discioplined! :whistle:0 -

She OK now?
Got bad news about woofer. He had to have another toe amputated and have a lump removed and he's been diagnosed with a type 2/3 cancer (they can't make their mind up, but 3 is the most aggresive).
Anyway the biopsy report reccomended chemotherapy but we've decided against it as we don't think it's fair at his age. We're just gonna see how he goes and make sure he is pain free. However he has been really well lately, really lively wanting to play and everything and despite being a bit incontinent he seems fine at the mo.0 -
thats some water bill ..please tell me you will get that back0

I didn't pay it. :rotfl:
Admin error where they had me moving in 3 months earlier. However, that is still £150 a month but the toilets were overflowing but I had them fixed so that should sort it. Need to get in touch actually just to confirm my usage so far so there is nothing untoward going on! :eek:0 -

I was wondering how your woofer was hun, so sorry it's not good news.
Mine has a 3 inch scar on her back (had a cyst removed), with around 30 staples in. She's still woosy, but enjoying being spoilt. DH bought her a pie from the chippy earlier
She's got other cysts, but we had to deal with this one because she caught it one day on a branch or summink, and it wouldnt heal. She's not a puppy anymore, and I dont think it would be fair to have any more removed, unless absolutely necessaryIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:
