  • Hi All

Great to make a start for 2025!

    #5 £268/£3000

£100 OP and decided to send £168 to a new saver with Principality BS at 8% AER for 6 months as the mortgage I’m currently overpaying is 3.99%. Only opened today, so I thought I’d share incase anyone else interested in one.

    Thanks Julicorn

#38 here with an overpayment of £4,600.  My mortgage rate of 1.48% finishes in June so I am using some savings to try to pay off as much of the the 10% overpayment allowance before the rate ends.

Hoping to make a further payment from extra money earned later in the month

There's no 'date to join', you can join any time this year. It's all explained in the first post as well. If you give me your target I'll assign you a number.
