    Hi julicorn,
uzubairu requesting to join the 2025 challenge.
Last year's overpayments have taken balance into the teens (saving in a separate savings account as we have a fix of 1.1% until December 2026.

    Target for 2025 = £3,500

    January 2025 overpayment = £350

I will take the next available number.
Thanks for joining again, #54 is all yours :)

Can I join this challenge even though I don't have the mortgage yet please? We are looking at completing in March, mortgage will be 190k so overpayment target is £19k. This will be a big stretch but will do my best.
