    4900/1600 as of today. Should be another good drop next month, but after that it may slow down.

    £0 all cleared May 26!

    Now (May 26) starting on the mortgage...90k and counting....

    Good morning, can i join in please?

    My total debt is £9540 and i want to have this paid off my the end of the year. It's a very lofty goal for me, but i want to try my best to achieve it, as my income will decrease in December.

    LBM 02/01/2021 (£52,000) + (£27,000 2023 home repairs)
    Now 10/06/2026 (£12,553)
    88% of debt cleared

    HSBC Mortgage = £40,048 (4.69%)
    Admiral loan = £11,590 (2.7% APR) £321/mth (36 repayments to go)
    All other debts cleared

    Emergency Fund = £2000/2000

    New front door fund = £1000/1000
    New bathroom fund = £0/£2500
    New windows fund = £0/7000
    Living room refurb fund £230/800
    Front garden refurb fund = £100/600
    Total refurb funds = £1330/11,900
