    According to my budget it should be early next year, Jan or Feb. But it all depends on upcoming things like my bros birthday, and the 'C' word!
    I'm hoping thou that with extra shifts I can pay it off earlier. :smiley:

    OMG I am fuming!! :mad:

    The other day I heard that someone in the office had called me a ranting lesbian b!tch behind my back.
    I asked one of the under managers to have a word with him and tell him it's not acceptable.

    Today I get pulled in front of the Chairman of the company who basically tells me that if I start making complaints against this guy he will sack us both. :eek:

    I am so MAD!!     :mad::mad: Someone makes a homophobic comment to me, and I get threatened with the sack!! I didn't even want to make a formal complaint!! I just asked the manager to have a word!!

    I'm so angry and frustrated!! I keep telling myself just to focus on Friday when I can pay off my loan.

    Gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!!:mad:

    Oh hugs hun! It sounds to be as if you did the right thing, oh keep notes on this (ie when you heard the comment, when you asked the manager to have a quiet word etc), if they do sack you - you can get them for discrimination!

    I love the job, the people (and of course the money :D) but what annoys me in that place is that I've been there 7 years now, and still don't feel like I have job security!

    You get told off for not reporting incidents, then disciplined when you do!!! I don't know if I'm coming or going!:rolleyes:

    No, I'm fine, it's just the way that place is run (i.e badly!!) The chairman only spends 3 months a year in the country so I don't see him that often. I'm just not speaking to the guy who said it all (found out yesterday he's been slagging off two other people too)
    I'm still laughing and joking with the rest of the staff and it's not affecting my work, in fact I'm going out with most of them tomorrow night! I've booked the day off as leave, and would have been working overnight, instead I'll be getting £8 an hour to drink :D

    Went into HFC today, the settlement figure was slightly larger than I expected, £893.78, so couldn't pay it today, but will definitely have enough next Friday when my wages go in :D so will be sending them a cheque. Just one more week :p
