Today's been a bit of a write off though - great start 😂. However it was planned, and I'd promised we'd do it for little miss, so it's a one off, and I'm not going to beat myself up about it!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". I found in person meetings was the only thing that ever worked long term for me. It’s the accountability of someone weighing you as well as support and ideas from other members. I do WW, been at goal over 20 years but didn’t have a lot to lose less than a stone. I wanted to nip it in the bud before it became a problem. There are going to be days when it’s impossible to stay on plan but one bad day needn’t become a bad week.Good luck with it 🙂I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4

I did ok last time I went to an in person meeting until they closed the group. Hopefully it will work again this time. I don't think we have any WW around here, I've never seen it anyway. I like the simplicity of SW, if I eat 'real' food, it's very easy. I don't go in for all the fake foods that people try.

Our French day has been good, but it's been a bit much! I bought too many different things to try I think. It will be nice to see the back of it
I'm quite impressed with little jwil in particular who was open to trying new things (he's usually very rigid with what he will eat).
We've had a quiet afternoon. I did go out in the garden with my weights and did a short step workout to try and offset some of the richness! DH is finally starting to sort through the stuff that has been dumped in the front room since we got the sofas, and I've been chilling with a book."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". We've just done DH's redundancy claim. Fingers crossed it's all ok and he gets the pay out! We need to do the notice as well when they tell us we can. Annoyingly that will be net of any benefits he could have claimed, even though he didn't claim any!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do".
