  • Oohh fantastic news. I bet it feels like a weight has lifted. Good luck with all the tasks. I used to have Fridays off and sometimes I felt the list of things to do  was huge again every friday

    Good news about your job. Mr F (public sector) also getting twitchy about likely re-structuring/cuts (again) at work next year. Thankfully we are now both debt & mortgage-free, & although I came to it later in life than many, I have good budgeting skills. It's always worth having a year of extra effort though, as you are doing for 2025. We are planning something similar & I'm looking forward to getting started.
