    If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

  • Bronze is 45 minutes a week over at least 3 days for 4 weeks, Silver is 90 minutes a week over at least 3 days for 4 weeks, and gold is 150 minutes a week for 8 weeks, over 5 days and including 2 strength sessions a week. 

    If you repeat the gold, you will get a platinum award :smile:

    Thank you!  I didn't know there was a platinum.  That will be next then!  I record it all in the app, so it tells me when I've achieved it.  I'm on gold now, so will have to make sure I do the strength sessions. i clearly need them!
