Hi Guys,
I have still not received a response back from Claim responses in relation to my above formal complaint as discussed.
The auto response message said to expect a response in 10 days and it has now been 14 days.
What is my next step to escalate this matter further?
Thanks in advance1 -

Thanks I will do @Coupon-mad Initially, I emailed HMCTScomplaints@justice.gov.uk but that email bounced so I contacted Claims response. Would you be able to please provide me with an official, direct email for HMCTS as I’m struggling to find a legit one?
Thanks1 -

Hi guys,
I’ve finally received a response from HMCTS in regards to my formal complaint that I made.
DCP legal have also tried to enforce a CCJ against my name.
I’ve drafted my response to DCP legal below. Can you please advise if there are any further actions that I should take and whether I should follow up with HMCTS as well?Subject: CCJ Dispute – Request to Pause Action Pending HMCTS InvestigationTo: info@dcblegal.co.ukDear DCB Legal Team,I’m writing in relation to your letter dated 3rd November 2025 regarding the County Court Judgment (CCJ) for £289.00 on case reference (blank) concerning I Park Services Ltd.Please be advised that I lodged a formal complaint with HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) on 27 October 2025, reference (blank) which is currently under investigation by their National Services Complaints Team.Given that the matter is being reviewed by HMCTS, I respectfully request that all recovery, enforcement, or payment action be paused until their investigation is fully concluded and a final decision has been issued.

Hi guys,
I’m so sorry to bother you but I’m really struggling here. I’m currently suffering from anxiety and I’m really finding it difficult to understand my current predicament. I’m being threatened with a CCJ all because my direction questionnaire was filed after the deadline although I didn’t receive the general form of judgement or order until the deadline had actually passed. I was therefore unable to complete the direction questionnaire on time due to no fault of my own.
I have complained to the HMCTS and they say that they followed the correct procedure however I didn’t receive the letters in time for me to file in time and now I’m faced with the CCJ. I don’t want to pay it but I feel like I’m in a corner and have no choice as my current occupation will be threatened.
I’m just really finding it difficult to find the necessary information that I need to win against these scumbags.
Additionally it’s going to cost me a court fee of £313 to set the CCJ aside which is more than the charge I allergy owe of £289.
Please, if you have a little time any guidance would be appreciated. I’ve got until the 24th Nov to pay in full otherwise the CCJ will be applied.
Much appreciated0 -
Ive sent you by PM the email address of someone at DCB legal, tell them you will offer £60 in full and final settlement for removal of the CCJ, dont give them any of the waffle above (in the nicest sense) its not relevant1

I must have missed a post on this thread (been through it several times). The OP started off as @AlwaysTrying23 but is now @Nuddskinz. Has the OP's user name been changed by the OP or the forum team? Confused, I am.1
