So, their PoC say you didn't pay. Maybe add some expression of confusion e.g.

"The driver purchased a valid parking ticket from the onsite machine and clearly displayed on the windscreen at the time. No breach of terms has occurred. The defendant is perplexed by the claim and has no idea why it is being brought."

    (Also breech should be breach)

If you get to witness statement stage, also worth stating that the sign is nothing but small print and too illegible to be enforceable anyway. They seem to have misunderstood that the £100 charge should be prominent, but not at the expense of the text size of the terms. It appears to have been knocked up in 5 minutes on Word, and even uses the default Windows font for screen display.

    Hi Guys,

I emailed my defence over to CNBC on 27/04/25 to the correct address as mentioned in the 12 step defence template. I received an automated message stating that I’ll receive a response in 10 days, which would have been on 07/05/25 but I haven’t received a response, questionnaire or phone call!

Shall I phone up and chase CNBC regarding my query or do I sit and wait?

    Thanks

No. They're stupid to say 10 days.

I think the first 12 steps mentions the real timeline... go back to re-read that.

Not required but yes, please do this with us:

    FIGHTBACK ALERT:

Please do the government's Public Consultation. We need every poster to complete this vital survey before the deadline.

    See this thread:

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6617396/parking-code-of-practice-consultation-now-extended-closes-friday-26th-september/p1

We understand that you may need some pointers. It looks laborious, we get that. It doesn't matter; no knowledge is needed except re your own experiences so you can call out a scam industry and you'll protect millions of motorists and help change the law.

I've written some guidance to help focus new posters on the issues. I've covered almost every question, providing ideas if you agree with our stance on things like DRFs, which we say must be banned.

Ordinary people like you are falling victim to this scam 15 million times per annum. Motorists need your voice added please.

    CLOSES ON FRIDAY 26th SEPTEMBER.

Thanks @Coupon-mad I’ll complete the survey before the deadline.

@ChirpyChicken I did receive the auto acknowledgment from CNBC but I didn’t receive my directions questionnaire so it was impossible for to meet any deadlines given.
