Also the paperwork states to submit the defence using their online portal. Are we safe to just use the Claimsrespincescnbc email address or is it worth stating on their online portal that we have submitted the defence to the above email address?0

Neither are correct.

The 12 step template states to send the defence to ClaimResponses.CNBC@justice.gov.uk so I’ll tell him to send it there. At this point should he confirm within his defence that the driver did pay for and display a ticket?1

Hi Guys,
I’ll be sending the below information as part of my defence in regards to paragraph 3. Can you have a look over for me please before I send it on.
Referring to the POC: paragraph 1 is denied. The Defendant is not indebted to the Claimant. Paragraph 2 is denied, no contravention occurred on 05/06/2024. Paragraphs 3 and 4 are denied. The driver purchased a valid parking ticket from the onsite machine and clearly displayed on the windscreen at the time. Review of relevant CCTV would verify this. No breech of terms has occurred. The quantum of £170.68 is hugely exaggerated, there were no damages incurred whatsoever and the Claimant has no legal grounds to pursue the Defendant in this instance. The Claimant is put to strict proof of all of their allegations.

Remove "on 05/06/2024." And change £170 to £160 in your facts section
