Yes, I understand your point, but the appeal proves that I did not ignore the parking charge. And if they had responded to my appeal, the case would have been settled a long time ago.
I've finished the WS draft, just looking for proofreading.0 -
In what universe do you imagine that OPS would have accepted any appeal? You must get it into your head that you are dealing with ex-clampers whose only aim is to pluck the low-hanging fruit off the gullible tree. No money in it for them if they accept your appeal.
Just follow the advice and process. Get on with your life and come back if/when you receive an LoC as advised in the Newbies/FAQ thread, second post.0 -
Just to report that today I received notice of discontinuance from QDR solicitors. The case is now closed.
Many thanks for the great work you're doing.4 -
No it wouldn't. In my long experience of OPS they'd have rejected your appeal and you'd still have had a court claim.bakkokay said:Yes, I understand your point, but the appeal proves that I did not ignore the parking charge. Thanks, I'm sure they noticed this post and probably thought that now that I found you guys, I would be more likely to win the case in court.Coupon-mad said:

By the way, after I joined the forum, my email was hacked. But I was able to fix it and put in extra layers of security.3
