Exhibits should be numbered with your initials and a number, include them in your bundle
Write the narrative first, then add the exhibits, altering the numbers to suit
You have 10 days or less to finish it and submit it1 -

Yes I understand what you asked for but I don't have access to OPS evidence photos now.Coupon-mad said:

These are the pictures I sent as a proof that I had a parking permit.
If they looked closely they would have seen the parking permit falling inside the car.
At least if they had responded to the appeal, I would have understood the reasons for the rejection, if any, and perhaps paid the fine or appealed further.
When I started receiving letters from their solicitors, I called them and told them that I had not heard back from OPS regarding and they claimed that OPS had rejected my appeal. I then asked for the date of rejection and evidence but they failed to provide that.0 -
I think the appeal is the main point. If they had responded, the case would have been closed. Without the need for a court.0

I don't understand your argument, how is it irrelevant? The appeal was part of the process and must be followed by a rejection or acceptance.Grizebeck said:
No it's completely irrelevantbakkokay said:I think the appeal is the main point. If they had responded, the case would have been closed. Without the need for a court. If you go ahead and pay the fine, your right to appeal will be useless.0 -
In their email they clearly stated the following:Grizebeck said:

Yes, of course (that's normal) but nobody is saying you should have paid. We are saying that the attempt to appeal isn't your main defence point. Because it isn't!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
