Please note that in their Particular of Claim they did not mention the appeal at all. In fact, the first letter I received from OPS stated that I neither appealed nor paid the fine.
But I do have a proof of my appeal (please see the attached picture showing the email
received confirming the appeal. 1 -
When calling the provided number, no one answers, and when sending email as instructed by them, I get the following response:
This email address is NOT monitored and your email will NOT be read.1 -
why are you calling them or emailing them1
-
So no communication or response to the appeal, only payment demand.
If they have responded to the appeal, I would have settled the case or appealed further with Parking on Private Land Appeals (POPLA).1 -
My main point of defense is the appeal, and if they responded, I would have settled the case with them without having to go to court.If they claim they responded with a rejection, I'd like a demo (not a screenshot) showing the Sent folder in their email account.Please note that they mentioned in their email that they will send their response to the appeal via email.0

@Grizebeck
"why are you calling them or emailing them"
Per OPS email instructions, if I do not receive a response to my appeal after 28 days, I should call or email them.
Please see OPS email attached.

Irrelevant
Just use the newbies thread to form your defence,1 -
As instructed by OPS, I called them first on 0330 043 0240, but since no one answered my calls, I emailed them.0

Just get on with drafting your Witness Statement bundle, nothing else matters, its a game so follow the process
You should have complained about the lack of an appeal response to the OPS complaint section, followed by the BPA AOS compliance team at the BPA at the time, a couple of years ago, that ship sailed back then, so concentrate on the here and now , your bundle2 -
