As I still have the Witness statement to complete. My understanding is that I can improve my defence combined with the Witness statement.0

My appeal proves that I did not ignore the parking ticket. I tried to contact them to settle the case, but as I explained in my defence, I was unable to reach them.If they respond to the appeal or I managed to reach them, I would have likely settled the case with them without having to go to court.1

I think they will claim they responded to my appeal and perhaps provide a screenshot as proof. But I plan to ask for a demo of the "Sent" folder in their email.1

Was the permit visible? Look closely at their evidence photos if you still have access to them. Could it be seen?
One Parking Solution are horrible. As a Sussex lass I'd never live in an estate where they infest and wouldn't even drive in as a visitor. Those black and white signs = stay away. Must be horrible for you.

Hi, I really appreciate the work you are doing, these horrible companies prey on vulnerable people.
The court date is on 28th November and the WS is due 14 days before.
I had a limited number of words to write my defence.
I don't have access now to their evidence photos.
I only lived there for a few weeks as an emergency, which was why the parking permit wasn't taped to the window, and I was thinking of returning it to the office so someone else could use it after I left.But I sent proof of parking permit with my appeal to OPS.The solicitors are QDR solicitors.Unfortunately I'm not able to upload pictures yet as I'm new.1 -
You can definitely attach pictures, but you must enter at least half a sentence too, so its a mixture of text and attached pictures. ( You won't be able to edit anything until your status changes to Forumite. )1
