    The tables are based on a whole raft of measures, so it's quite possible the ones near the bottom actually score well on several things (and also possible that they do well on plenty of things that aren't used to generate the score!)

    Also finances is part of it - if an NHS trust is carrying a deficit, it can't be higher than segment 3 (out of 4, I think) in the list, regardless of what it scored for everything else.

    So, as with everything, league tables are an indicator but won't reflect everyone's individual experience all the time.

    @rtandon27 I can't believe your colleague has organised a lunch you can't get to, that's outrageous!! Have you pointed this out? (I know you shouldn't have to!!) Not like you need any more things to deal with at the minute, I'm so sorry 😕

    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £222,084
    - OPs to mortgage = £12,881 Estd. interest saved = £6,203 to date
    c. 16 months reduction in term
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    Read 12 books of target 52 in 2026 as @ 10th February.
