Not checked out. As you know it happens all too often. Honestly it was like a black comedy.

Sorry to hear about your fall @beanielou but pleased you're having the raspberry gin. I knew you would. 👍
  • Ah Jeez @beanielou , hope you havent hurt  yourself too badly? I hope its just dignity rather then bone and tissue

@Coxy11 , seriously dont be worrying about whats gone on, find the day to draw the line. Im doing my best atm, but Im not going back on full plan until I get into work again on Monday.

I did have the day planned meal wise, I woke hungry and had breakfast which is so unusual for me, then headed to the shops for bread, and ended up with £60 of shopping for £15 - bargain. There were a few ready meals there tbh, not for me, but for mum and Mr W for those days Im speeding. So in through the door, big pot of leek and potato soup made, a pan full of lentil dhal made, and what have I eaten? Half a bag of Doritos , and the rest still might make it in my belly before midnight

And me and he have been fighting ever since. Hes now passed out in the downstairs spare room. Im leaving him to it. I had a friend who was taking me and the dog for the night if he was still carrying on but hey ho. Im safe, he would never be physical towards me - just words .......

But on an up, managed to get out for a couple of miles today. OMG i so needed it. I feel like my knees have been locked into a sitting position for a lifetime , they really do ache  , the walk really helped

So here we are , the cusp of a new year. I start dry January on the 2nd, I have my plated meals near enough spot on for being syn free so fingers crossed Im back at target bt the end of January. Not that it really matters as my clothes are fitting still, I just want a bit of leeway

Happy New Year to you all xxxxxx

    Happy new year everyone 🥳🥳

Hope you’re OK @beanielou and not too sore.   @weekendsaway ‘just words’ can often be worse so please look after yourself.

Despite my best intentions this week I’ve eaten faaarrr too much bread. I feel fat and bloated and digestive issues playing up. Entirely my own fault, so it’s back to basics. Sorry, that is all a bit woe is me!

Anyway off to parents soon for lunch. Have a lovely day everyone whatever you’re up to.

Happy New Year everyone.  I didn't make it to midnight but the fireworks started here around 10 so didn't need to wait until then to hear them.  Did manage to stay up until 11pm but couldn't keep my eyes open any longer!

Sorry to hear about your fall @beanielou but hope you're OK and not too sore.  I'm sure you enjoyed your raspberry gin!  I certainly enjoyed a few G&Ts last night.  Also ate some of the junk food (glad to say it's now finished!).

I'm trying to be good this week before my holiday as I know I'm going to be putting on over those couple of weeks!  There will just be so much food and booze!

    Today's plan:

    B - scrambled eggs on toast - HEB; P
    L - green lentil stew/soup - P; S; F
    D - SC lamb curry, rice - P; S; F

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
    Syns - none planned

    Have a good day everyone.
