Weighed in at 10st 13 so 1.5lb off again this week and 8lb in total lost over this four weeks. Really pleased with this given I was off plan the last two weekends for the kids’ birthdays!
I’m going to try to lose one more lb before Christmas Day (I think I’ll weigh in early next week, on Christmas Eve). Just to give me a little buffer so I’m not going to go too high above that 11 st mark over Christmas! Also, my BMI is now under 30 which is a huge milestone to me (as well as the fact that this weigh in puts me in the next stone bracket and I’ve gotten a 1/2 stone award 😁).Part time working mum | Married in 2014 | DS born 2015 & DD born 2018

Well done @Bluegreen143. You are a machine
I’ve had a gain of 1lb. Not a surprise (or a disappointment)
No weigh in for me now until 2nd January when I will evaluate any further damage.Today and tomorrow will be on plan as will Monday next week but other than that I will be living in a world of other peoples food and socialising. Thank goodness for SW because we know whatever life throws at us we can get back in the saddle and a couple of weeks later the damage is corrected.
keep going if you can and be careful if you can’t.0 -

Morning all, got out fairly early this morning and went to Spoons for breakfast before shopping. Glad we did as the SMs weren't too busy first thing. Think they'll be heaving later. Have most stuff including some of the cheap veg. Will still need to go to Morrisons early next week to get some bread and a couple of bits I didn't get today. The fridge is looking the fullest it's been since last Christmas!!!
Well done @Bluegreen143 on your 1.5lb loss and your first shiney for your book - assume you still get the certificates and stickers for your book doing SW online.
Have a great time socialising with family and friends @Matron_Midge and like you say get back in the saddle once all the festivities are over! For me that won't really be until after my holiday as we go away the first week of January for 2 weeks AI. There will probably be plenty of damage to deal with by then.
We were going to go in a museum when we were in Brugges @maman but there were 366 steps according to the sign and with DH's knee not being good decided it was probably not a good idea!
Weather is pretty good today so have decided to get a machine load of washing done. It's cold but sunny with a bit of breeze so hopefully it should dry even though I'm later than usual getting out on the line. I finished my top yesterday so that's been washed too. Hopefully it won't need ironing!
So today's plan:
B - Freedom breakfast at Spoons - eggs, big mushrooms, tomato, bacon (fat removed), 2 hashbrowns - 8
D - salmon, couscous, herbs, spring onions - P; S; F
T - scrambled eggs, spinach on toast - P; S; F
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - hash browns 8 (I think they're 4 each but if not can someone let me know please).
Have a good day everyone.0 -

Thanks @bubbs - hash browns not as bad as I thought then so 4 syns rather than 8!
Wasn't hungry at lunchtime so didn't have anything to eat. DH just did himself a cheese sarnie so I'll do the salmon tonight but going to do salmon with onions and peppers and some rice. DH didn't fancy the couscous and salmon parcels - said it doesn't sound enough to eat so changed to the above which I'm sure will be a bit more filling and have a bit more speed with it - win win!
