Any flying on a Sunday is faintly saintly, as far as I'm concerned. It is, after all, supposed to be a day of rest.I'm delighted to report that air fryer roast potatoes are *mwah* and *chef's kiss*. They were the best I've ever made, and I'll say this here because Belovéd is downstairs watching TV so won't see this (he makes the roast every Sunday for which I am very, very grateful) also the best I've ever had. I heart that machine.See you all on the other side.Better is good enough.Note to self: Motivation follows Action, not the other way around.4
