How sad am I?

How sad is this, I have a party to go to tonight but I'd much rather stay at home in my PJ's on here tonight, just mooching about.:o
I don't think there is any chance I can get out of going out but I really don't feel like going out and then either crashing out miles from home and having the raging hangover. Even if I don't drink I've still got a really long drive back in the early hours of the morning.
Anyone else really boring like me?

If the downsides don't exceed the upsides, then you will feel like not doing it. And every year, the ability of alcohol to disguise the fact you're not really enjoying yourself grows less and less.
Of course in the company of some people, you don't need to drink at all to have a riot. Like us..."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

Yup, me, but then I've never liked New year much (7 years of bar work on NYE among drunken, slavouring idiots sort of put me off!)
Luckily I'm 8 months pregnant this year so I have an excuse not to go out!0 -

Same as you, but I don't mind as I'd rather have a clear head tomorrow morning! And it's no fun being sober with lots of drunk people around you... unless you have a camera lol!LBM: August 2006 £12,568.49 - DFD 22nd March 2012

Me and the D/H have been invited to a party, but after so much visiting over Xmas, we have elected to have a lazy night in, with a home cooked meal and a few games of scrabble (best out of three, loser has to cough up this weeks pocket money to the other lol).
If you really want to stay in and avoid the noise/excess/petrol usage/bad nights sleep/cheap booze/manky headache etc Triker...just do it!!!
Have a good night, whatever you decide to do X x X0
