Hey penny savers, coming in hot with my first loss for the year
Day trips and a nostalgic mystery box took hold of me! I'm just calculating the loss rather than what I'm owed as I have mild dyscalculia so would confuse myself:

Congratulations to @Dizzycap as our first finisher on this challenge. 6 months early. Well done.
As it is the last day of May today and both DH and my main pensions have now gone in I have sorted our finances.
I have coloured in up to 180 on my spreadsheet (June is orange) and paid £49.65 into my savings challenge space on my starling account. The total pot is £162.90 which is just under 25% of the total amount. It will get more expensive from now on so I will be looking for economies elsewhere.
So #1 £49.65 for June.
Good luck for June everyone and remember any savings are an achievement.

#2 with £45.28 for May gives me a total for the year so far of £290.11 if the spreadsheet is correct.
New job means I may change how I save from now on. Who knew going from 4 week pay to monthly can change how to figure your budget. It is the job that is never started that takes the longest to finish. Tolkien.Save 12k in 2025 No 18 365 1p challenge 2025 No 21 -
