So its from the actual parking company,  CEL    ( not from a lawyer firm  )

The newbies sticky thread is in several announcements at the top of the forum,  so above this thread

Its currently the 4th one down from the top, click on it and scroll down to post 2,  and Read

Ok right I’m up to speed. I’ve read and understood that I need to write the questions mentioned. Sounds great. Only issue is as it’s not from a solicitor it’s from the parking operator themselves there is no email. So I can’t follow your advice about sending an email. Should I send via Royal Mail? I could send recorded delivery and keep a copy for my records
    thanks

On their website they do have this

A complaint must be made in writing via post to Civil Enforcement, Horton House, Exchange Flags, Liverpool, L2 3PF. This should be addressed to the attention of the Complaints Officer, or by completing our online complaints form by clicking here.

But no email. As it’s a complaint rather than a reply with info is this the way to go

For complaints ,  Use the online complaint portal

    https://www.ce-service.co.uk/submit-a-complaint/

Or use the email addresses seen in other CEL court claim threads on here , like in this case below
