    coat in tumeric and you have lovely juicy chicken, or fill with cream cheese and wrap in a slice of bacon.

    Butterfly cut the breasts in half before putting them on the grill, you can cook for less time and keep more flavour trapped in.

    whats a nice marinade to make up to put chicken in. I have soy sauce, herbs and spices. Not a lot else and can't really afford to go out shopping.

    Will be making kebabs.

    Any Ideas?

    One of our recently discovered favourites is teryaki chicken. However, we swap the ginger for garlic as we're not big on ginger. It's just soy sauce, honey and ginger (or garlic), disolved in a pan while you brown the chicken in another pan/wok. Chuck the sauce over the chicken and voila.

    Another favourite is this paprika & lime one - I switched out the lime for lemon juice though (normal oil is fine if you don't have coconut)
