You are right. Remembering of course to send a copy of the completed form to the Claimant or their representative.3

Hi
The mediator called me this morning. The other party did not attend so the claim will proceed to the court. I guess this can be a good point for me in the court.1 -

Hello evryone,
After such a long time I logged into the MCOL and it says this:Case Stay Lifted on 20/01/2025
Case Stay Lifted on 28/01/2025
Your claim was transferred to WILLESDEN on 01/07/2025
What does this mean? Do I need to do anything?
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your attention. One thing I have noticed is: on General Form of Judgement or Order above, dated 4th January 25 it is mentioned that the claimant MUST file the DQ with CNBC on or before 7 days of the service from the order while it was filed on 17/01/2025, more than 7 days.
General sanctions order was made on 04/01/2025
DQ filed by claimant on 17/01/2025Case Stay Lifted on 17/01/2025
The question is why the claim was not automatically struck out?
Any response from experienced guys will be appreciated.

Because that was within 7 days of service. Anyway it's completely irrelevant now.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
