You are right. Remembering of course to send a copy of the completed form to the Claimant or their representative.
  • Hello
I received this letter yesterday. I guess it is good.
  • its neither good or bad, its normal

  • Hi
The mediator called me this morning. The other party did not attend so the claim will proceed to the court. I guess this can be a good point for me in the court.

Yes. That's unreasonable conduct that can lead to costs sanctions. Mention it in your WS!

  • Hello evryone,
After such a long time I logged into the MCOL and it says this:

    Case Stay Lifted on 20/01/2025

    Case Stay Lifted on 28/01/2025

Your claim was transferred to WILLESDEN on 01/07/2025

What does this mean? Do I need to do anything?

    Thanks in advance.

.......... which presumably you requested on your N180 form.
  • Thanks for your attention. One thing I have noticed is: on General Form of Judgement or Order above, dated 4th January 25 it is mentioned that the claimant MUST file the DQ with CNBC on or before 7 days of the service from the order while it was filed on 17/01/2025, more than 7 days.

General sanctions order was made on 04/01/2025

    Case Stay Lifted on 17/01/2025

DQ filed by claimant on 17/01/2025

The question is why the claim was not automatically struck out?

Any response from experienced guys will be appreciated.

Because that was within 7 days of service. Anyway it's completely irrelevant now.
