Hi
I have not yet received anything regarding the court. It is close to 1 month now, is that normal? no correspondence?0 -
yes as long as its shown as received on MCOL it could be months, time length is irrelevant3

Keep checking your claim history on MCOL
Study the 12 steps in the defence template thread
The CNBC and court system is backlogged, so don't expect anything quickly
Any future court hearing will be in 025 at the earliest, perhaps in 6 to 12 months
But don't take your eyes off the ball3 -
Hello
I have received an email from the parking company's solicitors' today (not the court) saying:
"Further to previous correspondence, may we kindly request you make contact with this firm in order to confirm your current residential address".
There was no correspondence and they already know my address!
Should I contact them? or just ignore it?
Thanks for all your help.0 -
Is your address different than that stated on the Claim Form? If not, ignore that.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi
I just checked the MCOL. It says DQ sent to me on 12/11/2024 but I haven't received anything. Can that be lost somewhere in the post or just takes too long to get to me due to Christmas?0 -
As you have seen that the CNBC has sent you a DQ, there is nothing to stop you downloading one from .gov.uk, completing it and returning it to the CNBC. Remembering of course to send a copy of the completed DQ to the Claimant as well.always_ontime said:Hi

There might be a problem with the address held by the court? Considering the email you also got (above). I'd phone and check.always_ontime said:Hi
