Is the DQ form the same N181 form?0

Thanks for your answer. So what is DQ?! where can I download it?KeithP said:
As you have seen that the CNBC has sent you a DQ, there is nothing to stop you downloading one from .gov.uk, completing it and returning it to the CNBC. Remembering of course to send a copy of the completed DQ to the Claimant as well.always_ontime said:Hi
I just checked the MCOL. It says DQ sent to me on 12/11/2024 but I haven't received anything. Can that be lost somewhere in the post or just takes too long to get to me due to Christmas?0 -
Oh maybe N180?Coupon-mad said:No. We don't use a N181 form.2 -

Yep. Fully explained in the NEWBIES thread section on the DQ N180 stage, designed to stop anyone asking about question D1!always_ontime said:

Thank you for all the answers. I called the court yesterday, they had the wrong address, now corrected and they emailed me the N180 form which I am going to fill in and send back tonight or tomorrow. It seems a simple straight forward form I hope I will not have any problems filling it in.1

......but if you do, there is help available in or via the NEWBIE sticky.always_ontime said:Thank you for all the answers. In your email attaching it - cc'd to the Claimant's solicitor too - restate the CORRECT ADDRESS for service and require the court service and solicitors to ERASE the wrong address. Use the word 'erase'.always_ontime said:Thank you for all the answers. Every question (yes, even D1) is fully covered in the Newbies thread.
The DQ is not something you need us to advise on. We need to use our time wisely over this season.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I filled in the DQ and am ready to send it however after reading the NEWBIES thread I have come up with a confusion. The box on the very first page "Name of court", is it CIVIL NATIONAL BUSINESS CENTRE or my local court? I think it should be CNBC but I saw some people said local court. Considering question F1 it should be CNBC, am I right?
Thanks for any advice.1
