They offered IAS and I accepted (it was wrong, but I didn’t know at the time). The refusal email I received from IAS was full of spelling mistakes and the registration numbers mentioned was not even mine! So I asked for an independent service which was ignored.
Please could you show us that (minus the VRMs)
It is a very long email. I guess they sent it by mistake to me (anyway I don't know the purpose of this email or why it was written) but I will post some parts here tonight.
No the whole thing please, with headers/dates (but cover full email addresses, part of the VRMs they wrongly quoted, and cover your data).

I want to show is as evidence to the Government.  The whole response please.
As it is a long one I'll share a link here I hope you can find it. Please let me know.

That link doesn't work for me.
I married my cousin. I had to...
    I don't have a sister. :D

I will try to put these in the right order for everyone to see.

Take a REALLY close look...not just spelling errors.

Rambling gobbledegook and cut & paste words about alcohol.  Yes, really!

Twice they say "accordingly I must allow this appeal" and twice that s/he is "dismissing the appeal".

ALL the facts are wrong. ALL stated VRMs are wrong.

This is a fluttering permit case (fell off the dashboard).
    Not a blue badge case
Not a pay & display car park
    Not a O or 0 keying error

    Is the so-called Adjudicator drunk?:

    Some are not even words/sentences...

Yes he/she really does cut & paste the same templates three times (with small alterations) ... the repetition is not a mistake in my screenshots or the OP's Dropbox files.

...and ends up talking about a Blue Badge...after earlier saying the appeal is upheld due to a O or 0 'de minimis' keying error.  And earlier talking about a driver who paid and displayed

None of which relate to this work permit car park 'fluttering ticket' case, where the appellant tells us the facts are: "I am a permit holder and use this parking every day. On 14/12/2023 for some reason the permit fell down."

    Not a blue badge case
Not a pay & display car park
    Not a O or 0 keying error
And the VRMs mentioned are not theirs.

The mentioned registration(s) is(are) not mine even!
  • It seems that the next day they found out what has happened and sent me another dismissal email, this time the correct one. nonetheless I wrote to the parking management and told them the dismissal email is not understandable and I can show it to any judge at any court. Can I do this? if I go to the court?

I have never seen such a ridiculous load of hogwash and supposedly from an organisation that thinks itself  professional!
It looks to me like some trainee oik has been given this and has cut and paste stored excuses to refuse, but doesn't have the sense to check what they are sending or if it makes sense.
Why there is so much and so many different cases mixed up is very strange, it definitely needs exposing as to what this scam organisation is up to, but I'm sure it will be an "admin error"!

I was thinking the same thing! It stands out that there clearly is a cut & paste approach to any appeal to IAS - this probably isn't to be unexpected as there will be basics of a case that are duplicative. However what it does show it is very unlikely that much attention is paid to these appeal responses, and this is a perfect example of that and shows the IAS - and the IPC (and the whole lot tbh) for what they truly are.
