That is outrageous tell them they have been conned and it's their problem not yours now, you were prepared to let this go to the SCC, oh and no "offense" (sic) ever happened!

So why was the PCN actually issued at your place of work ?
Why wont they cancel it ?2 -
PCN issued due to parking without a permit at place of work without informing them that i needed emergency parking permission as i could not cycle into work as normal. I have not seen their contact with Horizon Parking, do you think its worth asking for the emails?Gr1pr said:So why was the PCN actually issued at your place of work ?

I did inform them that they can literally just ask the PCN to be cancelled as they own the land. So they should be well aware.0 -
I would rather try get them on side instead of just leaving it as is which is frustrating. Does my work stand to gain anything from getting this money paid?fisherjim said:That is outrageous tell them they have been conned and it's their problem not yours now, you were prepared to let this go to the SCC, oh and no "offense" (sic) ever happened!0 -
Your work is unlikely to get a penny from it, only Horizon
Chances are that your work has to pay Horizon parking for a cancellation, depending on the contract they both signed
Clearly Horizon parking were enforcing the rules laid out in the contract, so doing their job1 -

I have gone to check the details of the PCN online now. I have covered my details. This is what it now says, work has clearly indicated they want me to pay and sent the link over which led me to this page. What do you all think here about this?
