PCN entered the car park twice to turn car around but did not park there

The January one relates to an alleged breach of the parking contract on that date at a site overseen by the parking company , at Holiday Inn Express, possibly the same location. ? but as its a debt collector letter you can ignore itnutmegandwalnut said:Ok a complaint will be filed. Thank you for your advice.
With the DCBL letter I noticed that the January date as well so I am confused what that is in relation to as well.
You should wait another week or so for the response to the September one2 -
Could this letter be for a different PCN? Do the references match?

Thanks for the responses, I will wait and if no response file a complaint? Is there a template for this?Could this letter be for a different PCN? Do the references match?
Looking at the original PCN and the DCBL letter both locations are the same but for the DCBL letter the parking charge notice number differs from the reference number on the original PCN.
If it is a different PCN I have no knowledge of it.0 -
No templates, but there is a Successful Complaints thread in announcements
IMHO it's 2 different PCNs, with different reference numbers , possibly the same location ?
Until you showed us the paperwork it was misleading , its 2 different cases2 -
Thought as much. This is either a typo or a previous visit, perhaps the same activity of turning round?Looking at the original PCN and the DCBL letter both locations are the same but for the DCBL letter the parking charge notice number differs from the reference number on the original PCN.

You could issue a Subject Access Request to ParkingEye for the other PCN, but you can ignore DCBL regardless.Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:

Hi all,
I have not received any response for the September PCN even after appealing. Is it suitable now to send a complaint to follow up on this to get a POPLA code?
Also I noticed that reading the newbies post that it is important to contact dcbl if they have "traced" to a new address which seems to be in stated in the letter shown earlier.
I was wondering if there is an email template to ask for erasure of the old address?
Thanks in advance as usual.0 -
No template. Just write to the DPO of PE and instruct them to erase your personal data and replace it with your current address for service, and tell them to instruct their agents to do the same. You can ignore powerless debt collectors, or you can instruct their DP to erase your data etcetera.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Thanks for the quick reply as usual, would you recommend following up on the September PCN, as I have not received a reply or POPLA code since appealing in October. It has been more than 28 days since they said they would give a reply.Fruitcake said:No template. For the September PCN, as long as PE have your current address for service, then I would complain that you haven't received a rejection and PoPLA code, and state therefore you consider the charge cancelled.
Once they respond, or fail to do so after, say, a fortnight, I would also complain to the BPA.
Always complain to your MP as well, and when you do, ask when the new mandatory parking code of practice is going to be introduced.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Dear Parking Eye Customer Services,
RE Parking Charge Notice - //
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the handling of my recent appeal against a parking charge issued by your company. On XXth October, I received a response from you stating that I would receive a decision within 28 days. However, despite this assurance, I have yet to receive a formal rejection letter or a POPLA (Parking on Private Land Appeals) code.
Since the 28-day period has now passed, I consider the parking charge to be cancelled due to your failure to adhere to the prescribed timelines and procedures.
Failure to address this matter promptly and adequately may lead me to escalate the issue to the BPA and other relevant authorities for investigation.
I trust you will resolve this matter swiftly and professionally. Please confirm receipt of this email and provide a response within the next 14 days.
Yours sincerely,
1
