It allows you to open; I did a small amount in a fixed rate to see whether it worked. Very simple, details showed online straight away and the deposit went through with COP immediately. Confirmation email from NBS a couple of hours later.

The accounts available by this route are just the ones their main website shows as "online" accounts.

My remaining RS with Nottingham matured overnight.

They used to be a market leader in RS and I used to run with the best part of half a dozen at the same time.

Those days are long gone.

Only a solitary easy access account held with them now.

Whilst people on this site seem to be getting 'excited' and annoyed it's worth remembering that the vast majority of the population wont give a thought to Nottingham, it's building society or its new logo & branding.
