Don't think so, exactly my history with them and I got offered a c/account.Barkin said:
No current account offer for me so far.ThePirates said:
Nope.WillPS said:Perhaps rather than subverting yet another thread with this victim stuff we could stick to the topic at hand.Has anyone as a new non-Zopa customer got anywhere with signing up for the account yet?
Opened a savings account with £1 in it 2 weeks ago but got no sign of a Current account. Been trying for a week now, living in a few times a day.
I've had a Smart Savings account with them for some time, but their rate hasn't been very attractive for a while now so it's only had £1 in it for the last year or so. I wonder if that's relevant?4 -
Same. DD due to be actioned Mon 14/10.soulsaver said:
I've just set one upfor £1500 in one go.. apparently without any problem, at least so far. Showing in my listed DDs for w/c 13th.soulsaver said:Bridlington1 said:I signed up for the regular saver plus the 2% cashback on up to £1.5k of DDs, which don't seem to be ruling out any DDs.
Consequently my Moneybox nominated account has now been changed to Zopa and a DD is being created at this very moment. I'll pull £1.5k through it once this has been done to get the cashback then keep using the account for the regular saver.
Has anyone gone for just one £1500 DD to move funds out from your Zopa Bank Ac?0 -
I've been with Zopa since the very beginning with peer to peer, and I've not been offered a current accountI consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?0

Right, DD has paid out £1500 from Zopa, when do I get my free £30?4

It's looking good so far but as they say, 'It's not over until the fat lady sings' fingers crossed.flaneurs_lobster said:

Edit: Just a thought, who did you set the DD up with and I assume you have now cancelled it.I choose the rooms that I live in with care,

New savings account with Moneybox. Very involved weekly savings cycle with them which I've left saving £5/wk by DD. Don't yet have access to my £1.5K, but that'll be out and earning 5% elsewhere as soon as.Edit: Just a thought, who did you set the DD up with and I assume you have now cancelled it.1 -
Still no access to funds at Moneybox. I know this has nothing to do with Zopa but for the benefit of others, is there a better solution to setting up a one-off £1.5K DD that gives more timely access to the money?flaneurs_lobster said:

DD is a very slow process by neccessity, I think it takes 3 working days before they'll have your money (old BACS payment timescales).
