Been reading off and on all day 269 pages about 200 to go. It's from 2017 the start of my journey. Some things that had happened I had forgotten. I am very glad to have found it again.

Ages since I updated, just business with work , parents , other family and life . September was better financially , October payday is 12days away and a bit tight but ok .
Have had lovely days out with various friends and walks with U3A .
Long weekend in the North East with friends , journey up the M62 and A1 was horrible in the rain and wind . This morning have  driven back to the North West , Cumbria to be exact . Good drive over the A66 . Doing a craft break from this afternoon with some lovely ladies who I see twice a year .
Have flu and Covid jabs booked for later in the month. Back home Friday then work again but off to London week after to meet up with MSE real life friend .
Mum and Dad have been unwell but seem to be on the mend now , not Covid though .
Going in school still makes me very happy .
Lovely news from DS he is getting married Oct 2026 , so happy for him he has waited a long time for the one .

Good to read an update. Nice you are enjoying life
Glad the parents are on the way up
Love the beach, I'm assuming it is somewhere near the Lakes District?

Beautiful beach, no wonder you'd like to live there. I'm glad your parents are on the mend.

I wish it was , but so expensive Cumbria. It’s on the North Yorkshire Coast .

I love the beach, sadly DH isn’t a fan. Moans about the sand getting everywhere. I love listening to the sea.

Yes, but that is also beautiful and it can still be your spiritual home as Scotland is mine
I missed the wedding comment. Congratulations!
