I went to the tip nice and early the staff are very helpful there. Then posted another 2 Vinted parcels at different entities. Went on to parents ,  had breakfast and a walk with my dad now back home . Washing is on , hopefully it will dry fast in this lovely weather .
My DS is on the Shetland Isles at the moment visiting partners family , we had a lovely long phone call and the signal was fantastic much better than when I speak to him 15 miles away.
Plans for this afternoon, I have some ironing to do , then reading or a film after. No sun for me it's too warm outside.

Too warm for me too. I pottered this morning and then came in about 10.30 by which time it was far too hot for me. I’ve been putting beds up ready for my visitors tomorrow.
your ds has fantastic weather 👍

Another week almost over and the end of the school holidays . I have done my last childminding day this week we went to a local farm for a few hours , we managed to avoid the rain just. I have loved these holidays we have visited lots of places , learnt new things and had numerous picnics. It's hard work but the memories last for a lifetime . My shopping this week was a lot less as no extra food needed. I am also looking forward to getting back into routine and going into school on Fridays and meeting the new class .
Selling my gold last week gave me £400 which has gone back to the tech pot mostly and I am getting some euros today with the rest . I was never expecting that amount but the price of gold is really high .
Going to get ready now as I am off on the bus to the big city to have a mooch round and meet my friend for coffee .

Great price for gold. Did you sell a lot?
Glad you enjoyed your summer holidays. I'm sure your DGC did too  :)

Friday again tomorrow and back to going in school which I adore. Local history group was good this week and well attended . Had to go for a medical appointment today which has put my mind at rest , always better to get checked out than not.
Parents continue to have umpteen medical appointments, good job the hospital is a 15 min walk away .
Just about to book train tickets to London to meet a good friend next month.
Bought some new bedding in a sale today and had another couple of Vinted sales.
