I received a DQ from the court and am in the process of answering the questions. I want to know if I need to write on the form with a pen, scan it after answering the question, and send it to just the court or if I have to send it to both the court and Gladstone. Thanks for your time.

No, they're not, and thanks for your response. Could you comment on whether I need to send it to Gladstone via post or email please, I have attached a photo of Gladstone's details on the DQ sent to me. I also found a pdf of the DQ in this link https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/664cb5df993111924d9d3928/N180_0524_save.pdf found in the forum, you reckon I could use this pdf instead?
