Hi IA- Just had a look at the soa you posted. Maybe you need to post a full one, with wages and child benefit and tax credits on it so we can have a fresh look at it. Meanwhile if things are tight I'd shop from my cupboards for a few weeks (there's a store cupboard challenge on old'style if you've not already seen it) to reduce your grocery bills, whilst you find out what is going on with CAB and your job etc.

I can also recommend grocery challenge on old style board, its kept me on the straight and narrow and they've got all sorts of handy hints over there!

Are there no concessions for bodytone, frequent user scheme or anything like that? Sometimes tax credits can count enough to get a concession/discounted rate depending on where the class is held?

(speaking of which, you going to bodytone has inspired me to get back to my jazzercise class, going tomorow night!! quite excited actually, a little bit of "me" time!)

Ask for it back - it's your money. Last house I was at they wanted me to pay £70 per month. I just said "no way". Ultimately you're in control.

Have you looked into repaying your car loan with a 0% BT. The APR on it seems to be sky high or am I missing something here?
