only issue with this offer is I have no spare direct debts but wanna switch my Halifax (now Lloyds classic) account to first direct don’t need 2 Lloyds current accounts! Any idea for direct debts or standing orders0 -

For standing orders, you can set up a couple for 1p each to send to another account you have.

Just set both up on your donor account. Don't cancel them until you've received your bonus. Make sure they're both listed under your standing orders. Then open your account and start your switch.

Thank you so for example pick 2 £1 standing orders to go to my 2 of my other accounts for the 15th of the month!
initiate the switch transfer £1k in use debit card 5 times! Once I get payment cancel the standing orders! That should work0 -
GTR_King Yes. Make sure the 2 standing orders are set up on the donor account. Check your list of standing orders after setting them up to ensure they're set up correctly.
Then you can open your FD account and start your switch.

I can't remember, it's so long since I did a FD switch offer. Perhaps someone who's done this offer recently could answer that one?
