Oh OK, so you went for a single point POPLA appeal, so they didn't need to prove landowner authority. In that case just use the words suggested by @GrizebeckPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you, so just to confirm, I send the following comments to POPLA:
"As advised, appeal is non keeper liability. Operator has not proven liability as appealing as the keeper not the driver."
I query this as in the past I've sent longer appeals with the help of the experts on here, this one is shorter than usual!0 -

"As advised, appeal is non keeper liability. Operator has not proven liability as appealing as the keeper not the driver."0 -
Have sent the following to Popla. Will update once I hear back 👍🏼

So received the below in the post today, addressed to mrs.
I like the way they say “all correspondence to you has been ignored“ yet we are at the stage of awaiting a Popla decision!Presumably I ignore this letter from TNC Collections and future letters from them as per other users posts on here?

A debt collectors letter. The clue is - only giving you seven days to respond.
The fourth post of the NEWBIES thread explains exactly how to deal with debt collector's letters, but to summarise that post - ignore them.3 -
