Why is this house not selling

No conditioning for staging. How many traded in cars would be sold if dealers didn't valet them before taking photos?1

Get a skip (in the metaphorical sense) and go from there.0

OP, I am really sorry about this but the title of your thread reminded me of Freddie Starr doing his Vincent routine,

Was the first thing that came to mind., it's not my thoughts on your house.Corduroy pillows are making headlines! Back home in London now after 27years wait! Duvet know it's Christmas, not original, it's a cover.0 -
OP, have you considered merging (back?) the smaller bedrooms in larger ones?
As a buyer in the past I didn't even consider buying houses that had 4 or 5 tiny bedrooms, while i would have chosen the same house with 2 or 3 larger bedrooms instead.
I think that most of potential buyers reason in the same way and don't want to engage in structural changes.

Dimensions on the listings will make it more apparent to buyers. It won't result in more viewings but it'll weed out the viewings who are immediately put off.
It looks like there's potential for more parking there. What's the pole behind the tree? Just the for sale sign?If so then I'd be tempted to get the tree removed so that buyer can "see" that there's room to get another 2 or 3 cars onto where the grass is.Realistically, a lot of people wanting 4/5 bedroom houses will have older kids who may be likely to want cars in the future so if on-street parking is bad you'd ideally want more off-street even if it's only potential.
As others have said, bedroom 5 looks far too small to be called a bedroom with a straight face, but would be fine if called an office. There's a reasonable chance someone looking at a 4/5 bedroom would be using one as an office anyway.
Sadly buyers on the whole have no imagination, so you want to make the place as clear as possible (anything you can declutter now is something you don't need to move with you). Then get new pictures done, possibly with a new estate agent. I wouldn't waste any money redecorating, it's all unoffensive enough, but any clutter will make already small rooms feel tiny.
Edit: 2 bedroom 2's on the floor plan may make people wonder how much attention the EA has been paying, too. If you could knock through from bedroom 5 you'd have a nice sized master suite, but I think I'd leave that up to the buyer.

as an aside...I have a house I rent out. The previous tenant had it stuffed full of clutter. My agent showed to 5 people before she moved and none of them wanted it despite it being in an area where accommodation is difficult to find. Two days after she moved out and it was empty he showed it to three other potentials and they ALL wanted it.1

I'd definitely recommend a clear out - charity shop, selling online, yard sale. If it's loads of kids stuff they no longer need you should get rid of lots. Will make a massive difference when you move as well. What's left could be split between the garage and a storage unit. Storage units aren't that expensive - we looked at getting a smallish one for a few weeks, and was quoted £25 per week. We ended up storing stuff in a relatives empty house but it made our house seem much bigger.0

I think as well the house does not stand out
It is just another large estate house0 -
