    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £245,192
    - OPs to mortgage = £7,443 , Interest saved £2,775 to date

  • NSD 2 for me please. I’ve set a target in my bank balance that I don’t want to go under before pay day which means I have £74 to last me until the 20th. This should be doable, I need petrol but fridge is full and I’m a big fan of olio so can always collect free sarnies for lunch etc 🙂
