It could just be that someone forgot to turn the computer off before they shut the door.Alex_ST said:
Yes. They have now re invoiced me for a bill that was paid (because my account was in credit) 5 times. The last time was yesterday (so after they’d gone into administration). I feel like I’m going insane.MeteredOut said:Are you saying that Tomato have issued bills after going into administration/losing their licence. What dates are on the bills?0 -
Can anyone recommend a good exorcism service?

The auditor for Senapt and Tomato has resigned it seems...
This could just be a dispute over fees, either for past periods or the future, but regardless, it is not good...2 -
Or the daunting task ahead...0

Resigned from what duties?MWT said:The auditor for Senapt and Tomato has resigned it seems...

If it is as auditor of Tomato it would be perfectly normal, they no longer need auditors as they are in administration!
I just looked on Companies House, no auditor's resignation on anything called SENAPT (of which there are a few)
So no indication of a dispute over fees, but regardless, it's good!0 -

So no indication of a dispute over fees, but regardless, it's good! It's the resignation from the parent company Senapt Limited that is more surprising: https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/10508789/filing-historyIt is likely it will no longer need to file audited accounts now that it has lost most of its revenue, but what about 2024 and 2025?0 -
Senapt Limited has never needed to file audited accounts and never has by the looks of it. None of the filed accounts were audited.
There is no requirement to file accounts when you plan to have the company struck off.
It doesn't need to file audited accounts in any case unless something has changed, it is not big enough or the type of company that requires an audit.0 -
If it's the independent auditors appointed by the business, then I have a fair idea why they may have resigned!!!
