That is so true, if my company was about to crash I wouldn't bother paying £1500000 for something.MWT said:
You'd have to guess that they at least feel they have a chance of beating the provisional order or they would not have agreed to pay the £1.5m ...Bendo said:A cool 1.5 mill, that payment won't help with the April provisional order. They are also being investigated now for breach of supply licence for not being able to handle SMETS1 meters.
Received bill for August, as usual bill on time, all data included, VDD to be taken soon.
Also switched tarriffs on 01/08/2025 and everything went well, billed correctly and as expected about 7% cheaper as the day rate is 1p lower and have a chance of cheaper evening now at 20:30.1 -

I have just rung Tomato Energy CS as my fixed tariff is in its last month, they have assured me that my tariff will roll over until Ofgem decision . Glad as their standard tariff looks horrendous .1

I received my final bill dated 2nd Sept, they gave a 15% discount on the usage (not SC), but no compensation for the late bill, or the delay in paying that no compensation, will phone them a bit later.
Let's Be Careful Out There0 -
Received my final bill on time a week ago. As has been the case throughout for me everything was correct and paid by DD today. My sincere wish is they survive so I can rejoin later.I moved to Fuse mainly for gas but also fearing SOLR with Tomato. Fuse also has been ok so far and similar in price to Tomato without load shifting.0

MyWatts is also stuck for me from 02/09/2025, but have checked with my Gas supplier (Octopus) via their app. that they have reading beyond 02/09 - so can only conclude an issue with Tomato and not by meter hub or any other communications bits back via the DCC. Also not been billed for either July or August and I cancelled the Direct Debit a long while ago.0 -
Alright, emailed them and will give updates when they respond, MyWatts gets updated, OFGEM responds..
