Yeah my dash is showing nothing.No box for electric just gas, and I got no email from the Agile switch request as existing customer.0

Ok I have broken it.I see an electric tariff box again with a message it cant get readings.But there is duplicate gas and electric boxes below it, so it think I have duplicate meters now.I also have welcome emails now but no mention of Agile on them, so its like a basic switch to Flexible.0

My emails said nothing about Agile either. Your online account should update with the switch tracking and that's where you'll find it. The duplicated meters is weird though.0

There isnt any tracking, all I can do now is wait till call centre is open I guess.0
