PCN paid for by leasing company

It's up to you. Your complaint to the BVRLA is not dependent on whether you want to sue the lease company. You can also add interest to the amount you are claiming at 8% per annum. Not a huge amount on £140 but it is the equivalent of 3p per day.4

A 'phone call is not worth the paper upon which it is writ, and unless it has been recorded, there is no proof that it ever took place.
Everything should be in writing. Always send the email to yourself as well as the recipient.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks6 -

I’ll add interest as well just out of spite and hatred for this leasing company now1 -

Shall I appeal again? Saying what I said the first time about keying errors?

I had an issue with a company after using a hire car and having a mis-key in a hotel car park, CC company refunded me:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5644386/are-car-hire-firms-legally-obliged-to-pay-charge-notices#latest
A little old but it might still have some relevance, especially the vested interest of the senior executive of the hire company being a senior member of BVRLA and them admitting that they had not reviewed to PCN!
Wonderful to see the great assistance I received back then still being very generously offered. Big hand to the stalwarts👏5 -
Hi all,
I’ve received a reply from both the leasing company and G24.Here is the reply from the leasing company to my LoC:Not sure why that is relevant to this?1 -
And this is the reply from G24:Do I just ignore this now?1
