The ones that irritate me are things like anti-dandruff shampoo, anti-wrinkle cream, grey hair covering dyes, etc.  In the small print at the bottom they always say "Removes up to 100% of dandruff" or whatever.  Well, sure, they ain't going to remove more than 100%.  And if they don't work and end up removing nothing - well, zero % falls into the "Up to 100%" bracket, so they're not lying.  Talk about utterly meaningless figures.
Oh, and car adverts where the small print says "Model shown is not to UK specification".  Why bother showing it in the UK then?

The ones that really annoy me are the hair colour ones. As if the likes of Davina McCall or Eva Longoria touch up their own roots and whip a box out when they want a hair colour.

The head and shoulders one is infuriating.

I take solace in the fact that these adverts (Youtube as well) simply create a very deep antagonism in me towards the advertisers.

So deep in fact that I will never buy their products or use their services.

I'd have thought the advertisers would be concerned about alienating potential customers, but perhaps they don't care?
Look up YouTube revanced for phone and also smart tube for chrome cast they both block ads on YouTube

  • There is nothing more irritating than the female bingo caller and her 4, well five bingo players,  if you count the dog on The Chase. I  have to mute the TV.
