Thats what KeithP confirmed, its been used many times, it's linked in the coupon mad advice post, so why wouldn't you ( and why would you ask me that when I already told you to use it and also pointed you at it. ?  If you don't believe me then I am wasting my time. )

In that case email a copy to SIP as well as the DQ email address at the CNBC
