As above - you are at this stage further down the post (bit):-
" If you get a court claim, don't panic, c99% of defendants here, win!
You don't get a CCJ even if you lose, if you pay within 30 days of judgment, nothing stays on the register (credit record). No 'risk' as long as you don't miss court deadlines, you may as well defend and fight!4 -
KeithP said:What is the Issue Date on your Claim Form?marweb27 said:5th august...With a Claim Issue Date of 5th August, you have until Tuesday 27th August to file an Acknowledgment of Service, but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.To file an Acknowledgment of Service, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 9th September 2024 to file a Defence. That's over three weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service guidance.Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.3 -
Would this be ok? -
The defendant was working at( name and address of company) This company has emergency exits that lead directly into the adjacent car park, for which they have paid the landowner for access. Additionally, the company has funded the installation of barriers on the land. The defendant’s vehicle was parked along the wall, within the boundary defined by these barriers. There were no marked parking bays or signage indicating that parking in this area is prohibited
I need to copy this into the rest of the template and email it?

Yes but remove the word 'emergency' which is a pedestrian exit that needs to be kept clear. Just 'door' would be better.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
