    So if SIP is in both sections on the top left, then they are doing it in house, no solicitors are involved 

    If the issue date was the 5th August, I suggest that you login to MCOL and complete the AOS online, help and advice is in the newbies sticky thread post 2 , located near the top of the forum

    No. You are past that stage. You have now received an N1SDT claim from from the CNBC. You need to acknowledge service (AoS) of the claim which will then give you an additional 14 days in which to submit your defence.

    There is a link in that post to a PDF which explains in detail how to submit your AoS. Find that and follow the instructions in that PDF. You are only doing the AoS for now.
