Received a letter from the county court business centre

2 years ago i received a couple of fines in the post for parking in a private car park without paying ( was no tickets issued was only cctv )

i put all the letters they sent me straight in the shredder

i just received a claim form from the county court business centre in northampton for £370, im guessing i can’t just ignore this one, can someone point me in the right direction to what i should be doing

What is the Issue Date on your Claim Form?

Can you please show us a picture of the Particulars of Claim - with personal detail hidden of course.

Who is the Claimant?

Post the name of the parking company and legal firm, post the issue date from the claim form too

Also redact the claim form and post a picture of the POC on the left side of the form only, but hide the VRM details first 

Then study the defence template thread in announcements near the top of the forum

Anyone can put a picture on here as long as it is in JPG, PNG format. Don't try and post a PDF with (or without) a picture.

Add a short sentence, then click on the picture button and upload your redacted picture into your post 

Did sip issue everything on the top left or does it mention Gladstone's or B W legal or DCB Legal below the name and address of SIP Parking. ? , there are 2 sections there, so it may mention only SIP Parking in both sections
